Responsibility
Our responsibilities are regulated and do not go beyond the C.M.R. conditions for truck transport and the Warsaw conditions for air transport.
We cannot give a greater guarantee than that which the railways, shipping companies, airlines and other transport companies assume toward us pursuant to their regulations. In addition, no insurance will be carried out without a formal order from the customer and subsequently confirmed by SASCO srl. All disputes shall be exclusively settled by the Court of Florence.
